I first saw Dr Ratnavel over 20 years ago for mole removal, and my daughter has seen him for acne - his treatment was the only one which worked for her! I visited him again recently for removal of a tumour on my upper eyelid - he explained the procedure thoroughly and was gentle throughout - there is no visible scar whatsoever! I have lived in USA for the past 8 years where I have had a few basal cell carcinomas - I have absolute trust that Dr Ratnavel will find any new ones that might appear. Dr Ratnavel is polite, courteous, knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything to you in layman terms. I cannot recommend him highly enough for all things dermatological.

I had a burst blood vessel on the inside of my lip. I was aware before the operation of when in the procedure I was going to be feeling pain and how much it would hurt, therefore I wasn't expecting anything unknown. During the operation, Dr Ratnavel and the nurses were great and kept me calm as this was my first ever operation. It was a quick yet successful procedure. Similar to my operation, my appointments with Dr Ratnavel have also been very efficient, on time and succinct. I would recommend Dr. Ratnavel to anyone that requires a dermatologist.

I have been a patient of Dr Ratnavel for over 15 years now having had melanoma twice. He has always listened to my problem, no matter how large or small and he has always treated me with professional courtesy. He is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and very respectful. Dr Ratnavel is in my opinion the best dermatological specialist in this area and I would highly recommend him. I feel very reassured when I have visited him.

I was first referred to Dr Ratnavel almost 17 years ago for rosacea and then twice more in the last 2 years for removal of two Nodular basel cell carcinoma. On each occasion Dr Ratnavel kind friendly and professional approach has made me feel totally at ease. The last removal was from my face and he has taken such great care that the scar is almost unnoticeable. I could not recommend him enough he is truly a great doctor.

I have seen Dr Ratnaval twice for skin problems and both times he has been incredibly professional, knowledgable, reassuring and very supportive with my complaints.
